Replacement undercarriage and pin & bush sets.

We can supply replacement rubber or steel tracks and bolt on street pads for most mini excavators.

We also supply replacement undercarriage parts, including sprockets, idlers and top and bottom rollers for most makes of mini excavators.

We also supply replacement pins and bushes and crowd and tip links for the arm of most mini excavators. Dummy bucket pins can also be supplied.

Top hat bushes can be made so you can use a pin on attachment on machines with different pin diameters.

These items can be shipped direct to door, normally within 24 hours or we can also fit any of the above to your machine in our workshop. Please call David to discuss your requirements.

Tracks can normally be delivered direct to site for the next working day.

The top photo shows a recent refurbishment of the bottom end of the dipper on a 4.5 ton machine. All new pins, bushes and seals were fitted along with a new pair of tip links. The crowd link was reused with new bushes. The second picture shows the extent of wear on the original pins.
